We have two winesap apple trees which are loaded.

Ugh!
Fortunately it is done and tastes great. No sugar. Just apples, cider vinegar, cinnamon and vanilla. Good hot or cold. Very chunky. It will be good with pork tenderloin tonight.
(I also froze up enough slices to make 5 apple pies)
